The lake taupo motel we stayed at last time we were visiting the great lake was really good, especially with having the kids there. We had not stayed at this place before so we thought we would give it a try as it looked like a very family friendly place. It was great as there was lots of room for the kids to run around and lots of other families there so our kids had plenty of friends to play with. It wasn’t exactly a five star lodge but it served the purpose very well. We didn’t spend much time there as we were out on the lake most of the time.
