The land of communication has obviously improved leaps and bounds since i first got into the business. But more recently we have stated rolling out this ivr speech recognition software that we are trying to sell to answering services for business. We know that this kind of thing could really change an entire industry. It speeds up the process of getting people the information that they really need when they need it. I have seen a lot of different systems and this is the best kind of answering service that i have ever seen. I just cannot believe that we can already do this stuff.
