Earlier today I witnessed John Smith cleaning his computer. The first thing he did was to collect the correct cleaning equipment from the cabinet, to clean the screen of his computer. He then asked anyone else if they wanted their computer cleaned and Julie in the office next to us took him up on the offer. She also asked if he could clean the water coolers in her office. Which he duely did in record time. The cleaning of both computers and coolers was completed to a high quality standard, and the equipment used was correctly replaced back into the cabinet.
