My son’s church youth group is taking a trip to Italy next year to see the Vatican. They have been planning this trip for three years and worked hard to raise enough money to go. I am learning now how to make Italian food so I can start preparing my son for the native cuisine. He’s had spaghetti, pizza and canned ravioli but I think I need to prepare him for other foods. I’m trying to find a place now to buy Italian cheeses but haven’t had much luck. My mom said she buys hers on the Internet so I’m trying there next.
