I have been trying a new low carbohydrate plan which seems to be working for me so far and I’m not feeling like I am missing out on anything even though if I do have pasta I have to really cut back on the portion size. I want to lose 10 lbs a week but this is not the way to do it although there is a difference and it is noticeable. Now if I could only get over this hump and go down a size in clothes that would be proof of genuine progress that I can show to the people that doubted me!
