I asked this of myself not too long ago and was told by my father in law that he use to pick up his vehicles at an auction the city held. He likes his trucks and when he gets bored of one, he picks up another. Some of his favorite places to go are seized car auctions. We live in a large cluster of cities so there are several every month, one for each city. He would usually go to two or three a week until he found the truck that he wanted. One time he came back with a classic truck in nice condition and another time he headed home in a new truck.
