I am clueless when it comes to troubleshooting a computer. I love using them but cannot fix them. The repair-person should be done soon and I cannot wait to get on my computer. I guess I should have asked him what a bad pool caller screen was, but I did not care. I really hope the problem is solved permanently. I hear someone calling my name, so I walk out into the hallway. My computer is fixed he told me. I was so happy with the quick service he gave me. After he left, I spent the rest of the day on my computer.
