I started a new job shortly after graduating from college and was excited to get started. I worked with the website design to make sure it was receiving a good traffic flow. In order to accomplish this, my manager had me look into software systems that gave Web Analytics so we could get the information we needed for marketing and advertising the company. Some of the things I was required to do was new to me, so I needed to do some research to stay on top of the game and speak intelligently about the process. College courses give a lot of information but do not cover everything.
