I recently took a huge step in getting my local restaurant organized. I bit the bullet and purchased Victorware, scheduling software for restaurants. I had come to a point where my employees were getting really frustrated with how the scheduling was being done. I can’t blame them for their anxiety with our old system. It constantly changed without them knowing, people were never clear on their days on and days off and sometimes you couldn’t even read it! Now that we are computerized, my entire staff is happier and more productive. There is no guess work and it’s absolutely the easiest program I’ve ever used!
